With seven marquee retail stores in New York, Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles, Sydney and Melbourne, the brand has undergone a successful renaissance hanging in the finest stores and celebrity wardrobes around the world.

We want you to join us on the journey, as we take Ksubi to the next level globally. Ksubi is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for Mandarin and/or Cantonese-speaking Sales Associates to join our brand new store in Sydney CBD.

We’re looking for motivated, curious and mature-minded individuals who bring energy to the Ksubi brand. You’ll love connecting with customers from across the globe, working as part of a high-performing team and contributing to the success of our newest store.

What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with our customers, confidently connecting with them and understanding their needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a unique in-store experience
• Drive sales and contribute to achieving individual and store targets
• Work collaboratively as part of the wider store team
• Maintain strong presentation and visual standards across the store
• Bring energy, positivity and a willingness to learn and adapt

What You'll Bring

• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, with confidence communicating with customers in-store
• A genuine love and understanding of our brand
• A passion for fashion, music and the arts
• Previous apparel or retail experience is preferred
• Confidence connecting with customers and driving sales
• A self-driven approach and the ability to work as part of a team
• A desire to learn, grow and develop beyond your role
• Availability across Monday to Sunday, including late-night trade and weekends
