VP of Marketing - Global (Based in NYC)

Ksubi is searching for a culture led VP of Marketing to define what’s next for one of fashion’s most disruptive global brands. Based in New York and reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive the strategy and execution of all things brand - from global campaigns and collaborations to retail activations and partnerships that keep Ksubi at the intersection of fashion, music, and street culture.

You will bridge creativity and commerce - leading a high-performing global team and delivering ideas that hit hard and travel far.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Ksubi’s global brand and marketing strategy, ensuring every campaign, collaboration, and activation strengthens our cultural footprint and commercial growth.
  • Oversee all creative marketing execution across wholesale, retail, digital, PR, and partnerships - driving consistency, innovation, and authenticity.
  • Build and manage global partnerships and collaborations that open new markets and communities for Ksubi.
  • Own the global marketing calendar and channel investment strategy, ensuring every dollar delivers measurable impact.
  • Inspire, mentor, and grow a connected, empowered marketing team across the US and Australia.
  • Partner cross-functionally with retail, wholesale, creative and design to align brand ambition with business goals.
  • Stay close to culture - constantly spotting what’s next and ensuring Ksubi leads, not follows.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years’ experience leading marketing for a global fashion, luxury, or streetwear brand.
  • Deep understanding of the intersection of brand, culture, and commerce - with a proven track record of building global desirability.
  • Exceptional leadership skills - able to build teams, unite markets, and inspire bold, on-brand execution.
  • Commercially savvy, strategically sharp, and fluent in the language of both data and design.
  • A true collaborator - connecting creative energy with operational discipline.
  • Confident negotiator, calm under pressure, and quick to adapt in fast-moving environments.
  • Deep respect and understanding of streetwear culture, creativity, and community.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Salary: $180-250k base (USD)
