We’re continuing to grow our high-performing team, built on collaboration, creativity, and bold thinking. As we take Ksubi to the next level, we’re looking for a Communications Marketing Manager to join our marketing team to help us bring the brand to life across Australia and New Zealand.

As Communications Marketing Manager, you bring structure to creativity and momentum to execution - ensuring global campaigns, content, and activations run like clockwork. You connect people, process, and platforms to deliver cohesive, high-impact marketing across every touchpoint.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and messaging land flawlessly across all channels
  • Manage the global marketing calendar, coordinating product launches, activations, and content drops across brand, retail, PR, and social
  • Lead campaign work backs, WIPs, and cross-functional planning to keep teams aligned and moving with momentum
  • Oversee content, asset, and messaging development - including social, PR toolkits, press assets, and campaign guidelines
  • Act as the central communication bridge between creative, digital, retail, PR, and social teams to ensure cohesive execution
  • Manage and mentor direct reports, supporting high performance, clarity, and growth within the team
  • Track campaign performance, lead post-campaign reviews, and continuously improve processes, tools, and ways of working

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years’ experience in Marketing Operations or Communications, ideally within fashion or lifestyle
  • Proven ability to deliver complex campaigns across global markets and timelines
  • Operationally strong, with a focus on efficiency and flawless execution
  • Skilled in project management, campaign coordination, and process optimisation
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and confident managing multiple stakeholders and work streams
  • Data-led and solutions-focused, turning insights into scalable process improvements
