We want you to join us on the journey, as we take Ksubi to the next level globally. Ksubi is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our store on NE 40th Street, Miami, FL. With further B&M stores to open and 200+ global wholesale accounts, we are looking for motivated, curious and mature minded individuals with a commitment to learning and an energy for our brand. Success for our leaders means that you lead the staff and operations of our store and seek solutions and results that create a high-performing team environment.

A Day in the Life…

  • Support the Store Manager to manage, monitor, and drive sales to nail store targets and maximize profitability
  • Ability to review your sales and stock sell through report, analyze what has impacted your store results
  • Hold yourself and alongside the Store Manager, each individual accountable for their own results
  • Mentor and coach team to allow them to grow, celebrating their strengths and building awareness and steps to address their gaps; through honesty, generosity, and true empowerment to give things a go themselves and inspire them to be proud of the contribution they have to the wider business strategy
  • Support in managing the team’s workload, workflow, time management and ultimate delivery through strong accountability and goal setting
  • Drive the retention, recruitment and training of all store staff
  • Ensures visual directives and standards are maintained

This is if you have…

  • You will have a genuine love and understanding of our brand
  • The ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage your team
  • Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals
  • A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
  • Sound knowledge and proven success in retail ops including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management & shrink
  • Strong apparel experience
  • 1+ years of retail or leadership experience and a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred
  • Must have full US working rights
