We are continuing to build on our high-performing Logistics team that has collaboration, transparency and an innovative mindset at the heart of everything we do. This role is responsible for Logistics across the US and we want you to join us on the journey, as we take Ksubi to the next level globally.

As Logistics Coordinator, this role ensures Ksubi's our product is processed, shipped, and delivered to our partners and customers throughout the US. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing Ksubi’s operational strategy.

A Day in the Life…

  • Own Ksubi's US fulfilment
  • Manage the flow of orders to our factoring service located in the US
  • Manage customer order fulfilment from allocation through to dispatch
  • Become an integral piece of the Ksubi puzzle, build trust with all internal departments, both direct and indirect
  • Build trusting relationships with direct partner counterparts

This is you if you have…

  • 3+ years experience in similar role or experience in dealing with 3PL warehouses
  • Experience with logistics across multiple international origins and destinations
  • Fashion experience is beneficial
  • Knowledge of ecommerce and cross border distribution
  • Sound understanding of freight methods
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems
  • Clear and concise communication skills with a willingness to collaborate and share
  • An understanding of accounts receivable or financial factoring is advantageous 
  • Must have full US working rights

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday
