We’re currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team based in our NY office. In this role, you’ll manage COD (Cash on Delivery) invoices and receipts for our US wholesale customers and take ownership of debtor’s ledger reconciliation and allocations. You’ll ensure accurate and timely collection of payments in line with trading terms and cash flow targets. As a representative of the Ksubi brand, you’ll be the first point of contact for key stakeholders - managing and nurturing those relationships with professionalism and care in everything you do.
A Day in the Life…
- Manage customer accounts, debtor reconciliations, and ensure accurate, timely receipting and ledger maintenance
- Complete timely reconciliation of factors debtor ledger to our internal debtor ledger, ensuring no variance
- Process customer receipts and allocate all receipts using AP21, maintaining <2 days outstanding and 100% accuracy in debtor allocations
- Prepare and distribute monthly ageing reports and ensure credit notes and customer statements are issued on time
- Respond to all customer queries via email or phone within 24 hours, maintaining strong client relationships with clients and factoring agency
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls and enhance reporting efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date customer files and ensure adherence to agreed payment terms
- Collaborate across sales and logistics teams, demonstrating initiative, communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
What you'll need to bring...
- 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or wholesale sales administration
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong skills in account reconciliation
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
- Experience in the wholesale industry is highly regarded

Salary: $65-$75k base
