The Role – Digital Experience Coordinator
As Digital Experience Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping Ksubi’s online customer experience. Sitting within the Online team, you’ll support the full customer journey - from digital acquisition to retention - through timely, thoughtful and brand-aligned communications.
This role blends customer care with digital marketing, combining your sharp problem-solving skills and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for brand storytelling. You’ll work across platforms including Shopify, Klaviyo, Gorgias, AP21 and Style Arcade, and collaborate closely with our Retail, Creative and Marketing teams to bring a world-class Ksubi experience to life online.
A Day in the Life…
- Assist with the execution of global email marketing campaigns - building, testing, scheduling, and ensuring they align with the retail calendar
- Respond to customer enquiries across email, live chat, and DMs via Gorgias - bringing a calm, professional and on-brand tone to every interaction
- Troubleshoot fulfilment and delivery issues - liaising with couriers, processing returns, exchanges, and managing order escalations
- Identify and action fraud risks, perform ID verification checks, and monitor chargebacks to resolution
- Support retail sales performance by reallocating stock, maintaining data accuracy and sharing weekly sales insights
- Communicate clearly and proactively with team members and third-party partners, always showing up with solutions and support
What You’ll Need to Bring...
- 1–2 years’ experience in a digital, ecommerce, or retail coordination role, ideally within a fast-paced consumer environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, and Klaviyo – experience with these tools is desirable but not essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, concise, and customer-focused tone
- Highly organised and solutions-focused, with excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Sharp attention to detail with critical thinking and problem-solving instincts
- A proactive self-starter who’s open to feedback and always looking for ways to improve
- A team player with a calm, kind and collaborative approach -even when things move fast
