The Role – Logistics Manager
As Logistics Manager, you’ll lead our logistics team and oversee the end-to-end global distribution of Ksubi product. This role is all about precision, pace and performance - ensuring our collections reach the world in full, on time, and cost-effectively.
You’ll partner closely with internal teams and manage our logistics and distribution providers across Australia, Hong Kong, the USA, New Zealand and the UK. Your focus: executing a world-class logistics strategy that meets business goals, strengthens global supply chain performance, and keeps us moving at speed.
A Day in the Life…
- Manage global warehouse operations across US, AU, HK, NZ & UK, ensuring contract KPIs are met across receiving, pick/pack, and shipping to support both wholesale and DTC networks
- Oversee global inbound and outbound freight from Asia and Europe, optimising shipment schedules for cost and efficiency while meeting delivery deadlines
- Negotiate and manage freight and third-party logistics contracts, including rate cards, customs, and shipping terms, to ensure favourable and scalable agreements
- Review and approve all warehousing, freight, and customs invoices to ensure alignment with contract terms and operational activities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing logistics team, driving accountability, capability development, and a strong team culture rooted in wellbeing and ownership
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in logistics processes to reduce cost, increase efficiency, and improve responsiveness across the supply chain
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, buying, and product teams to align logistics execution with product development timelines, supplier capacity, and quality standards
What you'll need to bring...
- 4+ years’ experience leading high-performing logistics teams, with deep expertise across end-to-end logistics in an omni-channel fashion environment
- Deep understanding of global supply markets
- Proven success managing international warehouses and scaling global operations
- Deep understanding of freight methods and duty rates across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong negotiation skills informed by trade regulations, duties, and factory strategy across key markets (AU, US, etc.)
- Experience with logistics across multiple international origins and destinations
- Strong project management skills to deliver within budget and on time
- Advanced analytical skills to drive data-led decision making
- Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills across suppliers and internal teams
- Sound knowledge of ERP systems (AP21 highly regarded)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills essential
