The Opportunity:

The position is to provide competent and efficient maintenance and repair of Komatsu customer equipment and contribute to a professional team environment by ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency through your efforts.

Roster: A 5-day week, 8 hours per day .

Location: Based at our Fairfield Branch covering the Sydney Metro region.

Renumeration: Hourly Rate + Super + Allowances. There is also additional paid overtime available. We provide a fully maintained Ute plus a Phone and Laptop to support you in this role as well as PPE.

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Trade Certificate – Diesel Technician or similar.
  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience, preferably with Komatsu equipment, combined with field service exposure, including breakdowns and diagnostics, within the construction, Agriculture or mining sectors will also be highly regarded. 
  • A minimum of C class Licence.
  • A self-starter with the ability to follow the required job scope & critical path.
  • Safety focused mindset is paramount.
  • Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
