The Opportunity:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries relating to Komatsu parts sales, quotes, orders and deliveries. Ensuring customers are kept up to date in line with the Customer Support Charter.
Role Located: Fairfield, NSW
Hours: This position is required in the office 5-days with shift rotation during core hours of business 07:30am – 11:30am to 3:30pm - 7:30pm.

What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in Parts interpretation
- Experience working within Machinery, Automotive or Manufacturing industry
- Proven experience in customer facing roles dealing with complex enquiries
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
