Technician - Diesel Fitter

The Opportunity:

Are you a Diesel Fitter ready to step into a leadership role? We're looking for a skilled individual to join our team and grow into a Leading Hand position. If you're passionate about machinery, thrive in a hands-on environment, and are eager to mentor and lead others, then this opportunity is for you!

Roster: 7 & 7 day shift, 12 hour shifts

Role Located: Emerald Branch

What we are looking for:

• Trade qualification as a Diesel Fitter or equivalent, with a focus on component and machinery rebuilds.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction and guidance to team members.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Proficiency in utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with the desire to progress into a management role.
• Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to company policies and procedures
