The Opportunity:

We're currently seeking a dedicated Fulfilment Centre Supervisor to join our core leadership team and lead operations in our state-of-the-art facility. If you have experience in greenfields projects and are eager to embark on this thrilling journey, we invite you to join our diverse team as we recruit for this role.

As a Fulfilment Centre Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in our operations, tasked with developing and executing innovative training programs to enhance team skills and performance. Beyond this, you'll be instrumental in cultivating a vibrant work culture centered around safety, efficiency, and excellence. Your leadership will ensure seamless coordination across departments for the timely delivery of products.

Roster: Monday - Friday

Role Located: Tarneit, VIC

What we are looking for:

• Certificate IV in Front Line Leadership or Front Line Management, along with demonstrated experience in warehousing inventory control and stock management.
• Ability to lead a team with strong people management skills and coaching.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a dynamic team environment and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with keyboard and general computer skills/knowledge and demonstrated experience in warehouse management systems.
• Valid LF Forklift and/or LO Order Picker license is mandatory.
