The Opportunity:

A new and exciting opportunity has emerged for a Warehouse Leading Hand to play a vital role in supporting the Customer Support Supervisor. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a small warehousing team, ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders.

Being part of a compact yet highly efficient team, each day presents unique challenges and achievements. In the dynamic environment of a small parts warehouse, daily tasks vary, adding diversity to the role. Key responsibilities include providing assistance with customer orders, contributing to overall warehouse activities, acting as a direct point of contact for Customer Service Representatives, updating clients on order statuses, and assisting internal customers with technical and logistical inquiries when needed.

Roster: Monday - Friday

Role Located: Campbellfield, VIC

What we are looking for:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and parts interpreting experience
• Prior experience in a similar leading hand/warehousing position
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office & mainframe systems
• Current Drivers Licence & Forklift Ticket (or willingness to obtain)
