The Opportunity:

Become an integral part of our team at Curragh Mine Site as a Heavy Diesel Fitter and take charge of maintaining, repairing, and servicing cutting-edge equipment like Komatsu's new PC7000-11 excavator, electric drive trucks, and D475A-8 dozers. Your expertise in excavators, hydraulic and electrical circuits, coupled with a passion for optimizing performance, will be key in ensuring our operations run smoothly. Roster: 7/7 day and night shift

Role Located: Curragh Mine Site

What we are looking for:

  • Experience as a heavy diesel fitter (5 years plus), preferably with a focus on excavators.
  • Proven track record of servicing and maintaining heavy machinery, particularly Komatsu equipment.
  • Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
