The Opportunity:

As a Rental Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing support and cultivating relationships though quality service with clients, whilst maintaining sales growth and profitability across our range of Rental Machinery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and customer service, highly motivated, and possess excellent communication skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Sales Plans targeting key rental customers.
  • Identifying and pursuing new rental sales opportunities within the prescribed geographical area.
  • Maintaining relationships and market share with key customers.
  • Ensuring optimum asset utilisation and returns on Rental fleet.

Role Located: Seven Hills, NSW / Newcastle, NSW

 Geographical area: North Metro and Northern NSW

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in sales preferrable within the earthmoving construction utility industry or similar; or experience in earthmoving equipment, looking to make their break in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels. 
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to understand machinery applications and devise solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • A Self-motivated individual with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
  • Proficiency within MS Office suite.
