Senior Master Data Specialist

The Opportunity:

Due to a large number of projects relating to the Master Data Roadmap a permanent full-time opportunity is available within the Master Data team at our Fairfield head office.

This role is an integral part of the team and will play a pivotal role in developing strategies and standards around data quality, procedures, and governance.

A major focus of this position is to understand various business functions Supply Chain, Parts, Warehousing & Logistics processes, and data streams whilst working closely with the Technology & Master Data team to support them on the transition from their current database and data sets into a Data Lake and Data Warehouse.

Currently, Komatsu Australia is using Dynamics AX and is in the process of moving to Dynamics 365.

What we are looking for:

• 3 + years of experience in a Master Data or similar position
• Previous experience working with integration or development of a Data Warehouse / Data Lake
• Must have commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven time management with high attention to detail
• Strong customer centric approach with strong business partnership skills
