The Opportunity:

Leverage your experience as an HR professional in this truly flexible, fixed term opportunity at Komatsu.

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance leadership capabilities across the business as you deliver impactful People & Culture initiatives, advice, and support.

You will directly contribute to business strategy implementation, operational efficiency, and effective change management.

Role Located: Welshpool, WA.

Working hours: 0.4 FTE (15.2 hours) worked across 2 or 3 days (Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays required) with flexibility regarding start & finish times and hours worked per day.

Annual Salary: $56,000 pa + Super. Fixed term concluding 01 August 2026.

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant degree with extensive experience, or equivalent knowledge
  • Strong commitment to quality customer service with excellent interpersonal skills to influence at all levels
  • Experienced in providing high-quality advice on complex people management matters
  • Deep understanding of workplace legislation, Enterprise Agreements, and related laws
  • Skilled in planning, organizing, and meeting deadlines using technology
  • Capable of working independently while contributing to the team
  • Dedicated to cultural diversity, ethical practices, and workplace safety
