The Opportunity:

Are you ready to be a vital force in supporting the growth and success of Mackay's bustling service operations?

Join us as a Project Coordinator and be at the heart of our thriving service department across Commercial Ave, Connors Rd, and Bosso St for a 12 month secondment opportunity.

Mackay's service operations have seen remarkable growth, driven by a diverse range of customer projects including engine module expansions, PDI initiatives, machine rebuilds, the Bosso St construction workshop, and mining repairable component work via Commercial Ave.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Supervisors and Managers, playing a pivotal part in the planning, tracking, and reporting of project progress.

Roster: Monday to Friday

Role Located: Mackay

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a similar role
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Good time management and the ability to multi-task
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and AX Dynamics
• Trade qualification is highly regarded
• Knowledge of the Komatsu warranty process is advantageous
• Parts and service knowledge will be beneficial to the role
