The Opportunity:

Make a difference in our Service Administration team, offering administration support to many of our Northern Region branches.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, excelling in high-volume data management, complex spreadsheet navigation and utilizing excel to an advanced level. 

Broaden your skill set as you learn Komatsu payroll processes, alongside standard generation of purchase orders and issuing invoices. 

This is a fixed term contract, concluding in April 2025.


Roster: Monday – Friday, 38 hours per week

Role Located: Welshpool, WA

What we are looking for:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in high volume data entry
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  •  Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Administration background with great computer skills
  • Understanding of payroll processes advantageous, but not essential
