The Opportunity:

Seeking a proactive Service Supervisor to lead our small workshop, you'll ensure adherence to our Customer Support Charter while driving efficiency and compliance.

Your role includes managing WIP, optimising team productivity, and analysing KPIs to enhance revenue and expense performance. Leading training initiatives aligned with regional standards, you'll keep our team ahead of the curve.

You'll also seize opportunities to expand revenue with existing and new clients.

  • Hold relevant trade qualification
  • Analyse workplace risks promptly, implementing necessary changes for safety and efficiency
  • Present financial reports effectively, optimising gross and net profits
  • Communicate professionally, both orally and in writing, fostering strong relationships
  • Utilise computer skills proficiently with basic Windows suite programs
  • Mentor and develop staff, passing on your valuable knowledge and skills
  • Provide insightful analysis and constructive solutions to operational challenges
  • Foster team collaboration across departments, enhancing the division's synergy
  • Clearly communicate and implement regional strategies, ensuring alignment and direction
  • Value employee input and actively listen to suggestions for improvement
