The Opportunity:
Join Komatsu as a Workshop Supervisor to lead our team of around 20 employees ranging from qualified mechanics, electricians and trades assistants.
This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring work quality, and promoting 5S principles for efficiency as well as effective people management.
Roster: Monday – Friday
Role Located: Connors Road, Mackay

What we are looking for:
- Strong leadership experience
- Trade background is highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to promote a positive team atmosphere
- Proven ability to implement OH&S practices in the workplace
- Financial understanding of P&L
- Drive for Continuous Improvement
