The Opportunity:

Engage with customers and expand your existing parts interpretation or mechanical knowledge as part of our Customer Support Centre in Welshpool. Assist Komatsu customers and collaborate with the wider Komatsu team as you support all queries regarding parts interpretation, quotes, sales orders and deliveries.

Roster: Predictable 8 hour shifts between 0700-1900 weekdays, with 6 rostered weekends per year.

Role Located: Welshpool, WA

What we are looking for:

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • At least 1 year experience in a position requiring mechanical or parts knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft suite
  • High regard for and focus on safety
  • Current drivers’ licence essential, forklift ticket advantageous but not essential
