Due to continual growth in the Queensland area, exciting new opportunities are now available for Field Service Technicians(Diesel Fitting) to join the Service Department at our Mount Isa Branch. Be at the forefront of OEM equipment & servicing our major customers onsite.
These are full-time positions, offering continued support to our customers.
Carry out mechanical maintenance on Komatsu equipment
Ensure a high level of customer service
Travel to site required to support our customer needs
Supply technical expertise and assistance to minimize equipment downtime
Carry out downloads and analysis of on board computer systems
Provide a high quality standard of work and diagnosis
Provide well written service reports covering complaint, cause and correction
Generate required technical reports such as service reports and TSI & warranty claim processes.
The knowledge, skills and abilities we're looking for:
Relevant Trade Certificate - Heavy / Mobile Plant Mechanic (HD Diesel Fitter)
Current MR classification driver's license (minimum requirements)
Automotive Air Conditioning License will be highly regarded
Auto Electrical and diagnostic skills, and/or Auto Electrical Trade Qualification will be highly regarded
Proven knowledge of Komatsu construction equipment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and meet deadlines
