The Opportunity:

This permanent full-time position is based in our Fairfield head office and will be required on-site 5 days a week.

The core hours for this position at 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday with no weekend roster.

You’ll be the central point of contact for all parts related enquiries such as quotes, orders, status updates, dispatch and organising deliveries.

This important role will assist the broader Parts and Service departments to maintain a high level of customer service.

What we are looking for:

  • Parts interpreting / administration experience
  • Knowledge of heavy machinery and mobile plant equipment is advantageous.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX or 365
  • Able to provide a high level of customer service.
