The Opportunity:
Due to customer growth, our awesome team in Gunnedah are looking for an additional Field Service Technician to service our clients in Northern & Central NSW. This position is to provide skilful and efficient maintenance and repair of Komatsu customer equipment and contribute to a professional team environment by ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency through your efforts.
As a Field Service Technician at Komatsu, you'll be supported not just professionally but personally too. Did you know Komatsu is an RTO? This means we can support your learning with a range of courses including trade upgrades and the best news is you're paid to do it. Our employees are encouraged to complete 2 courses per year. We also provide a car, phone and laptop/tablet for all our field service employees.

Role Located: Gunnedah
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 3:06pm
Remuneration: Hourly rate + zone allowance + tool of trade vehicle + plenty of overtime

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must have your Cert III or Equivalent in Mobile Plant Mechanics
- Experience working as a Field Service Technician is preferred with exposure to breakdown, repairs and diagnostics
- A Valid driver’s Licence
- MR or HR license
- Auto Electrical experience, qualifications, and diagnostic skills will be highly regarded.
- Working at heights qualification would be great but not crucial.
- Ability to follow required job scope & critical path.
- Safety focused mindset is paramount.
- Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work unsupervised.
