The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor for a fixed-term opportunity which could progress into a permanent role.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the purpose of the role is to manage day to day operational activities of the Field Service Team. You will also be involved in coaching and mentoring the team, quote variations, management of work quality, safety and providing and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Role Located: Bosso Street, Paget

What we are looking for:

• Relevant trade qualification is desirable
• Strong leadership experience
• Good technical knowledge and experience with Komatsu equipment
• Previous supervisory / leading hand experience
• Sound understanding of Komatsu systems and processes
• highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
