The Opportunity:

 We are seeking a strong people leader to join our team in this key role. As the Customer Support Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Customer Support Centre operations, maintaining operational standards, conducting regular activity reporting as well as conducting presentations on the productivity of the team.  

You will lead a team of dedicated individuals, investing in the development of the future talent of our business, ensuring they deliver outstanding service to our customers, whilst building strong relationships, ensuring a high satisfaction rate.  

Role Located: Welshpool, WA

 What we are looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in business or similar would be advantageous.
  • Trade certificate in Mechanical or Auto Electrical, highly regarded.
  • Previous exposure to OEM support, or mining and construction industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise conflicting deadlines and adjust as necessary.
  • Experience in OHS compliance and SOX compliance.
