The Opportunity:

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out key company administrative duties for the CEO and Directors, ensuring smooth business operations by delivering exceptional organisational support including event management and project coordination.

The ideal candidate will be solutions driven and personable, possess excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to anticipate needs and prioritise tasks effectively.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating and prioritising incoming requests and correspondence.
  • Preparing and organising materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Role Located: Fairfield, NSW

What we are looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration would be highly regarded.
  • 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant position or similar.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
