As our Product Management Support Engineer, you will be entrusted with the pivotal task of steering the direction of our extensive range of Mining products. This role is not just about overseeing operations; it's about embedding innovation and excellence in every facet of our product management. Your days will be dynamic, filled with challenges that spark growth and tasks that demand ingenuity. Whether you're analyzing competitor strategies, collaborating with our Marketing Department to position our premier mining equipment in the spotlight, or crafting insightful reports, each task serves as a testament to your pivotal role in the organization. And as a cornerstone of our strategic decision-making team, your influence will resonate across multiple departments, shaping negotiations, refining tender processes, and sculpting product performance narratives.

Role Located: Welshpool, WA

Roster: Monday - Friday

What we are looking for:

• A relevant trade qualification or a Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering.
• Prior experience in large surface mining equipment applications.
• Demonstrable proficiency in Project Management.
• Profound skills in Marketing, Sales, and Product Management.
• A deep understanding of our product suite.
• A knack for solution-based problem-solving.
• An innate ability to organize, plan, and manage time even in high-pressure situations.
• Exemplary professionalism in presentations and interactions.
• Strong numeracy skills and business acumen.
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred though not essential.
