We're seeking skilled Mobile Plant Specialists either from a mechanical or electrical background with previous experience maintaining Komatsu equipment.

Your primary focus will be to develop and maintain training materials and resources to deliver the highest quality of technical training. You will be required to deliver technical training to our apprentices, trades personnel and customers whilst maintaining training aids, visual aids to support and enhance the learning experience to create a safe, positive, and open learning environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Qualifications in either; Cert III in Automotive Electrical Technology / Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience maintaining heavy earthmoving machinery
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
  • Previous experience conducting training within a classroom environment
  • Ability to build strong internal and customer relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with computer-based software and programs such as;
  • Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • LMS
