The Opportunity:

This position is an integral part of the Komatsu team.

This position is responsible for co-ordinating the daily activities associated with the repairs/preparation/ servicing and maintenance of rental machines across NSW.

A key responsibility of the position is to liaise with the correct stakeholders to ensure preventative maintenance and repairs are kept in line with agreed standards.

Additionally, you will ensure that records are kept up to date for compliance of ISO 45001 and work closely with the HSE Manager to maintain the safety of the workshop.

The standard operating hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

What we are looking for:

  • 3 + years of experience in a Service / Fleet coordinator position or similar
  • Previous knowledge and experience of Heavy Equipment and products
  • Sound knowledge using estimate templates and systems (Dynamics is preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Earthmoving Machinery and Equipment
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
