The Opportunity:

Join the Komatsu team as an experienced Leading Hand and take charge of our day-to-day operations in our workshop!

You will be responsible and accountable for the efficient day to day operation of component rebuild department, ensuring it operates safely and profitably by coordinating all activities of staff and customer requirements. Work closely with the Service Supervisor and Branch Manager to develop and improved business processes whilst ensuring safety adherence, policy compliance and minimising any risks.

Role Located: East Tamaki, Auckland

What we are looking for:

  • National Certificate in Heavy Automotive Level 4 Plant and Equipment or equivalent
  • Motivational, customer focused individual with earthmoving or similar industry experience
  • Ability to analyses workplace risk and implement change
  • Strong communication both oral and written
  • Competent in Microsoft windows suite
  • Ability to coach, mentor and develop employees
  • Build a strong team orientated environment
