The Opportunity: 

We're excited to introduce our Regional Sales Manager position due to an upcoming retirement of our respected leader and salesperson. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading our new, used, and rental equipment sales throughout the South Island. Guiding a team of 3 Territory Sales Managers, this pivotal position is all about identifying and maximizing sales opportunities while fostering a positive team environment.

As the driving force behind the South Island, you won't just guide the team; you'll also own a small territory, allowing you to make a direct impact on sales outcomes. Additionally, with the current manager's retirement, there will be an excellent opportunity for a smooth handover, ensuring continuity and success in this rapidly expanding company.
