National Used Equipment & Rental Manager

The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a dynamic and driven National Used Equipment & Rental Manager to Lead our sales operations across New Zealand. This newly created role will oversee the strategic management of our used equipment and rental services, with a focus on maximising sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

With two direct reports, the successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management, coupled with a deep understanding of the equipment industry.

Role Located:  Waikato (Auckland or Christchurch also being considered)

• Prior experience within a similar industry

• Previous Used Equipment and/or Rental experience
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
• Highly developed communication skills
• Possess a solution-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in recognising business opportunities and strategy execution
