The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Sales Representative, which will see you actively engage with our customers to identify business opportunities and promote fit for purpose Komatsu products and services throughout Waikato to Bay of Plenty region.

Your responsibilities include building and nurturing customer relationships, staying well-versed in our aftermarket offerings, and maximising sales growth through proactive customer visits. In this role you'll be a key player in our team, gathering and reporting crucial information to drive sales growth and providing value to our customers.

Role Located: Waikato Branch

What we are looking for:

  • Drivers licence is mandatory
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Heavy vehicle and equipment parts experience is highly regarded
  • Customer-focused with proactive opportunity identification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships
  • Resilience in the sales process
  • Proficient in pipeline management and analysis
  • Efficient with Microsoft Suite of software
