The Opportunity: 

We're looking for a proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our sales team, responsible for efficiently managing the coordination of new, used, and rental equipment sales administration between Huntly to Wellington.

Serving as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for used equipment inquiries, you'll play a crucial role in streamlining sales processes and supporting our sales team. Working closely with counterparts in Christchurch and Auckland, you'll ensure seamless coordination across regions while focusing on administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations.

What we are looking for:

  • Prior experience within a sales administrative environment
  • Former experience within a similar industry
  • Able to contribute to a cohesive and inclusive team environment
  • Previous knowledge within new, used and rental equipment sales
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Strong resilience and able to work under pressure
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
