The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Spare Parts Interpreter/ Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Support Team. This role highly supports internal and external customers for all queries regarding parts interpretation, quotes, sales orders and deliveries. Other duties include:
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy in part interpretation & order processing.
- Demonstrating an effective use in parts order & supply chain activities
- Establish and maintain effective channels of communication with all stakeholders.
- Cross-training in tasks outside regular duties to cover duties when other team members or branch staff are absent, on leave etc.
- Ensure KPIs are met.
- Provide regular feedback to customers on parts orders, backorders & delivery dates

- Parts interpreting experience in a high-volume (Essential)
- Well-developed numeracy, written and oral communication skills (Essential)
- Strong problem-solving skills & with an attention to detail (Essential)
- Ability to prioritise competing work tasks (Essential)
- Intermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft Suite (Essential)
- Sound working knowledge of earth-moving equipment and strong mechanical aptitude (Desirable)
- An understanding of parts sales, logistics & supply chain (Desirable)
- Experience in inventory control and warehouse systems (Desirable)
