Your Role as Supervisor

As our Part-Time Supervisor, you'll be a key support to the store leadership team.

You'll be hands-on leading the team through busy service periods, making sure every customer interaction reflects the quality and experience Koko Black is known for.

You'll:

• Deliver warm, engaging and memorable customer experiences
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety and bar presentation
• Support day-to-day floor operations and step into a leadership role when required
• Help create a positive, energetic and collaborative team environment

• Is proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership during a shift
