👑 Your Role as Supervisor

As a Koko Black Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to support for the leadership team, leading floor operations and setting the tone for excellence. You’ll:

• Deliver an immersive and natural Koko Black customer journey
• Lead the team during service periods, ensuring smooth operations and energy on the floor
• Support the training and capability building of team members
• Ensure exceptional product presentation and create a beautiful, sensorial environment
• Help manage stock, cleanliness and compliance in line with policies
• Celebrate success and keep the team motivated and connected
