This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated retail leader to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.
In this role, you will:
- Lead by example – support and motivate your team to deliver consistently high standards
- Coach and develop – identify opportunities to build capability and support team growth
- Drive operational excellence – ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including stock management and store presentation
- Support commercial outcomes – contribute to achieving sales targets, managing stock and minimising waste
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences – create a welcoming environment and ensure every customer interaction reflects the Koko Black brand

You are a capable and people-focused leader with a passion for retail and delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Previous experience in a retail or hospitality leadership or supervisory role
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Results-driven with the ability to balance operational and commercial priorities
- Proactive, reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
