As our Regional Manager, you’ll lead a portfolio of up to 12 Victorian stores, partnering closely with Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, strong commercial outcomes and a culture of service excellence, accountability and development. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll champion the Koko Black brand, coach high-performing leaders and shape the future of our retail network through strategic oversight and hands-on operational leadership

How You’ll Lead the Way:

Leading & Developing Teams

  • Coach, mentor and develop Area Manager(s) and Store Managers to build high-performing, values-led teams
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, succession planning and performance management across your region

Driving Commercial & Operational Excellence

  • Own regional performance, including P&L, labour management and cost control
  • Translate commercial insights into effective resourcing and performance decisions
  • Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, policies and procedures

Creating Exceptional Customer Experiences

  • Bring the Koko Black brand story to life through excellent service and immersive in-store experiences
  • Champion service excellence and resolve complex customer issues with confidence

Strategic Leadership & Collaboration

  • Develop and implement region-specific strategies aligned to national business objectives
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR (PX), VM, Supply Chain, Marketing and Retail Operations
  • Represent your region in national forums, projects and strategic initiatives

Safety & Role Modelling

  • Role model Koko Black values of Passion, Leadership, Ownership and Trust
  • Lead proactive health, safety and wellbeing practices across your region

What You Bring:

  • Proven success in leading multiple retail/hospitality locations, with Area/Regional Management experience.
  • Proven commercial acumen – you’re confident managing P&L, labour budgets and driving strong financial outcomes across a multi-site portfolio.
  • A coaching-led leadership style – developing, mentoring and empowering leaders is what you do best.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach – you love shaping the big picture while rolling up your sleeves to execute the detail.
  • A strong eye for visual merchandising and brand presentation – you know how to create an inviting, premium and commercial in-store environment.
  • A passion for premium products and unforgettable customer experiences – storytelling and sensory immersion come naturally to you.
