Your Role: Assistant Store Manager

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Store Manager to lead the team, elevate the customer experience and drive strong store performance.

You will:

  • Lead from the front, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service
  • Support team development through coaching and on-the-floor guidance
  • Ensure seamless daily operations, including stock management and visual presentation
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and minimising waste
  • Create a warm, premium in-store experience that reflects the Koko Black brand

Who You Are:

You’re a people-first leader who thrives in a retail environment and loves delivering high-quality experiences.

  • Experience in retail or hospitality leadership/supervisory roles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team
  • A customer-centric mindset with attention to detail
  • Commercially aware and results-driven
  • Reliable, proactive and adaptable
  • A love for premium products (and chocolate!) is a bonus
