🍫 About the Role

We're looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Part-Time Visual Merchandising Assistant to join our Marketing team.

Reporting to the VM Manager, you'll play an important role in bringing Koko Black's visual merchandising strategy to life across our stores and reseller network. From developing Visual Merchandising Guides (VMGs) and planograms to supporting seasonal campaigns, new store openings and in-store training, you'll help ensure every customer experiences the Koko Black brand at its very best.

🍫 What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and coordinate Visual Merchandising Guides (VMGs), planograms and point-of-sale materials for seasonal campaigns, product launches and business-as-usual activity
• Support the execution of visual merchandising initiatives across Koko Black stores and reseller locations
• Coordinate fixtures, props, signage and merchandising resources to deliver premium in-store experiences
• Partner with the VM Manager, Regional Managers and store teams to maintain consistent visual merchandising standards
• Support in-store VM training, coaching and guidance to build capability across retail teams
• Conduct visual merchandising audits and provide practical feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Monitor the execution of seasonal campaigns and promotional activations to ensure exceptional presentation standards
• Contribute ideas to improve visual merchandising tools, resources and implementation processes.

You're a creative problem solver with a strong eye for detail and a passion for bringing premium retail environments to life.

You'll bring:

• Experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations or a similar customer-focused role
• A strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and customer experience
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence working collaboratively with store teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Experience creating planograms, merchandising guides or visual resources is highly regarded
• A genuine passion for premium retail, design and creating memorable customer experiences.
