The Maintenance Coordinator will support our creative centre, where our chocolate is crafted and distributed, running effectively and efficiently. It will require a highly organised individual to support planning, organising and recording all mainentance activities, and setting up all the relevant information in our asset management software.
Your Role Responsibilities:
Routines & Compliance
- Ensure that the equipment database is up to date, including all correspondent documentation such as Equipment manuals, Spare parts lists, and Technical Drawings.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in the best interests of Koko Black and in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures, whilst maintaining the highest standards of Safety
- Ensure that all Maintenance tasks are completed on time and that non-conformances are tracked and corrected accordingly.
- Ensure all Maintenance checklists are recorded in Hard & Soft Copies
- Ensure that all machines/equipment and plant are maintained in a safe manner and are compliant with current Australian standards
- Ensure all maintenance and external contractor routines have the required JSA/SMWS documentation according to the activities to be performed.
Setup Mendr Hub as a preventative maintenance tool
- Ensure that the Mendr Hub contains all necessary information about the plant and equipment.
- Ensure that all Spare Parts are available based on the required spare parts lists within Mendr Hub
- Ensure that all Preventative Maintenance checklists are verified within Mendr Hub, raise any Corrective works order and request approval to purchase any required spare parts as required
- Ensure that all maintenance staff update the Mendr Hub data base after any works have been completed. This includes all Preventative, Corrective or emergency works.
- Ensure that all necessary instructions and recommendations are available on hand when undertaking any maintenance tasks to ensure all tasks are addressed.
Communication
- Ensure that the Supply Chain team receive timely updates about upcoming maintenance works, allowing sufficient time for planning and materials acquisition.
- Attend all required team meetings and ensure that technical information from those meetings is communicated to key stakeholders
- Ensure that all feedback from the operations and maintenance team is used in the preventative maintenance optimisation.
- Develop a methodical tracking tool to allow for a weekly and monthly summary of activity, progress, and communication
