👑 Your Role

Whether you're joining us as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional customer experiences while leading and inspiring your team to deliver operational excellence.

Together, you'll:

• Lead by example, delivering exceptional customer experiences every day
• Recruit, coach and develop a passionate, high-performing team
• Create an engaging, positive and inclusive store culture
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and operational standards
• Drive sales performance while achieving commercial and financial targets
• Ensure stock, merchandising, compliance and store presentation reflect the Koko Black brand
• Build a team that brings our passion for premium chocolate and customer service to life

💼 About You

You'll bring:

• Leadership experience in retail, hospitality or premium customer service
• Experience working in an airport retail environment is highly regarded, with an understanding of the unique operating hours and fast-paced nature of airport retail
• A passion for coaching and developing people
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive results
• A customer-first mindset and a love for creating memorable experiences
• Energy, adaptability and excitement about launching a brand-new store
• Availability to work a flexible roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
