HR Placement – Work Integrated Learning / Vocational Placement (Melbourne Based)

Are you currently studying and looking to complete a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) or vocational placement in Human Resources?

Join KJR for a structured placement opportunity designed to provide meaningful, real-world experience within a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Based in our Melbourne office, you’ll work closely with our experienced HR team and gain practical, hands-on exposure to core HR activities, supporting the employee lifecycle while developing skills aligned with your studies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR documentation
• Supporting recruitment activities such as posting job ads and scheduling interviews
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine interest in HR, people & culture, or business admin
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Availability to work 2–3 days per week
• Based in Melbourne, with the ability to work onsite
• Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is required
