KJR is looking for a Test Manager. This role is to provide strategic leadership for the test capability transformation, assessing current automation and test data practices and defining the future-state automation-first testing architecture that supports a multi-SaaS ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
· Assess existing testing ecosystem:
· Evaluate automation maturity and manual testing reliance.
· Identify risks related to scalbility, API validation, release integration & environment provisioning
· Define a future automation architecture strategy including: SaaS tenant aware architecture.
· Establish principles for automation standards and tooling strategy
· Define integration patterns with CICD and release management
· Define strategy for test data masking and synthetic data generation
· Establish testing governance including, automation coverage standards and release quality gates
Experience & Background
- Proven experience as a Test Manager or Test Architect in large-scale enterprise environments
- Demonstrated experience working in multi-SaaS, highly integrated environments involving complex system landscapes
- Strong experience in enterprise test governance, strategy, and delivery across multiple programs
Domain Experience (Highly Regarded)
- Experience in federal government, defence, or government-funded/regulated sectors, such as:
- Healthcare
- Aged care
- Insurance / statutory authorities
- Experience operating in environments with:
- High regulatory oversight
- Complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Strong audit and compliance requirements
Technical & Delivery Capability
- Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines and release management processes
- Strong understanding of:
- Test automation frameworks (API, UI, integration)
- Test data management practices (masking, provisioning, synthetic data)
- SaaS platform testing and integration validation
- Experience working with modern toolsets (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, API testing tools, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
Leadership & Communication
- Strong leadership experience across multi-vendor and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to influence at program and enterprise level
- Excellent stakeholder communication, including executive-level reporting
