This is an opportunity to join a vibrant, fun organisation that understands quality starts with its people. You will work closely with our KJR Canberra Team, including the Principal Consultants and Canberra General Manager.

Your role will help drive CRM best practices and processes within large-scale organisations and projects. You will receive ongoing training and career advancement opportunities.

To be successful in this role, your CV will need to reflect the following skill sets:

  • Experience with testing tools including ValueEdge, DevOps, JIRA etc.
  • Experience working in a Microsoft Dynamics environment including either D365, Power Apps, Power Platform and PowerBI.
  • Great written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with large enterprise and government clients in Australia is highly desirable.
  • Building innovative Dynamics CRM solutions for our customers.
  • Configuring and customising CRM implementations.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 2016 or D365 CE development expertise.
  • Advanced CRM Plugins, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL and ASP .NET development experience.
  • Experience with integrating Dynamics CRM with external systems (both on-premise and cloud) is highly advantageous.
  • Must be an Australian citizen (Government work).
