KJR is seeking an experienced Project Test Manager to lead testing delivery for a major Identity and Access Management uplift program within a government environment.

This role will oversee functional, integration, UAT, automation and non-functional testing activities across multiple IAM work packages, including external identity solutions and Microsoft Entra governance uplift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Test Strategies and Test Plans for IAM work packages
  • Lead SIT and UAT coordination
  • Oversee automation, regression and Production Verification Testing (PVT)
  • Manage defect triage and reporting
  • Provide executive-level test status reporting
  • Ensure compliance with ISTQB TBOK and Department Test Data Standards
  • Manage testing resourcing and milestone alignment
  • Oversee security, performance, load and stress testing coordination
  • Deliver Test Summary Reports and readiness assessments

Essential Experience

  • 8+ years’ experience in Test Management
  • Demonstrated experience in IAM, Identity Lifecycle or Access Governance environments
  • Experience testing Microsoft Entra / Azure AD, Ping Federate, PingOne or similar IAM platforms
  • Experience in Government or highly regulated environments
  • Strong knowledge of ISTQB principles
  • Experience delivering executive-level test reporting
  • Proven leadership of cross-functional test teams

Highly Desirable

  • Cyber security program experience
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with IAM platforms
  • Experience with hybrid identity environments
  • Exposure to cloud identity, external identities or MFA implementation

Certifications

  • ISTQB Foundation (minimum)
  • ISTQB Advanced Test Manager (preferred)
  • Scrum / Agile certification (desirable)
