KJR is looking for a UAT Test Lead to drive the planning and delivery of User Acceptance Testing for a cloud migration, ensuring all business processes, integrations, and system changes are production-ready and meet acceptance criteria.

Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the UAT strategy and approach aligned to overall test planning
- Develop and manage UAT test scenarios, cases, and data across business processes and integrations
- Coordinate and lead UAT execution with business stakeholders and SMEs
- Manage defect lifecycle, including triage, prioritisation, and resolution tracking
- Provide test reporting and status updates, including risks, issues, and readiness assessments
- Prepare UAT summary reports
- Ensure traceability between requirements, test coverage, and outcomes
- Collaborate with performance and technical teams to ensure end-to-end validation
- Support regression and automation readiness for key business scenarios
- Drive UAT sign-off and go-live readiness
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a UAT Test Lead on large-scale transformation programs
- Strong background in enterprise applications / ERP systems (e.g. Agresso, SAP, Oracle)
- Experience in cloud migration or integration-heavy programs
- Strong knowledge of test methodologies, test management, and defect management processes
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar test tools
- Ability to engage and manage business stakeholders and SMEs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile and/or PRINCE2 environments
